Stair Balustrade for a Serpentine Curved Marble Staircase

Fine Iron were commissioned to produce a striking feature staircase railing balustrade to this grand new build. We used alternating drop forged steel balusters that flowed parallel to the stair and landing line without break. The balusters were individually set into this beautiful marble staircase and fixed with resin, the sockets were covered with bespoke cast iron cover cones. The ironwork is finished in a sateen black. The finished staircase railing was capped in a continuous carved Oak profiled handrail that was French polished following installation.
